We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for customers and handle customer queries, resolve issues, and provide support through chat, email, and phone.

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like GHL, Zapier 
  • Basic knowledge of email platforms like Mailchimp and Klaviyo
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues for clients

Tools:

  • GHL for CRM and customer management
  • Mailchimp and Klaviyo for email follow-ups or campaigns
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve product, service, or account issues efficiently and accurately
  • Log, track, and manage customer tickets in GHL or CRM
  • Assist clients in navigating tools, websites, or platforms
  • Provide guidance on service usage, troubleshooting, and best practices
  • Follow up on pending issues to ensure complete resolution
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and actions taken
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the relevant department
  • Contribute to improving internal customer service processes
  • Stay updated on product/service information
