We’re looking for a proactive and organized Dedicated Account Manager to manage and maintain client accounts and digital assets. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their websites, profiles, and other online assets are up-to-date, secure, and performing well.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in account management, client services, or virtual assistant roles
  • Experience managing websites, social media profiles, or digital assets is a plus

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Ability to monitor and maintain websites, social media, and online profiles
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate with design, marketing, and development teams

  • Basic understanding of website maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Ability to assist with updates, uploads, and content management
  • Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing basics

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Manage and maintain client websites, ensuring they are updated and secure
  • Monitor client profiles on social media, directories, and other digital platforms
  • Coordinate with internal teams for content updates, campaigns, and technical support
  • Assist clients with routine requests and follow-ups, similar to virtual assistant tasks
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
  • Identify opportunities to improve client assets, performance, and engagement
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of their assets
