We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Manager having 2 years of experience who can take full ownership of our online presence, drive growth, and run successful ad campaigns across multiple platforms. If you are passionate about digital media, understand analytics, and know how to build brands through performance-driven marketing, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns for ROI, conversions, and cost efficiency.
  • Develop and implement social media growth strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage social media content calendars and ensure timely posting.
  • Create visually appealing posts using Canva or other design tools.
  • Track performance through analytics tools and provide weekly/monthly reports.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with digital trends.
  • Work with the content and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

 

Preferred Qualities:

  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
  • Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SEO.
