We are looking for a motivated Inbound Sales Representative to manage incoming leads and convert them into paying clients. You will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, providing consultation, guidance, and support throughout the sales process.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to qualify leads, understand client needs, and recommend solutions
  • Experience in handling inbound inquiries and closing deals

  • Experience using Mailchimp or Klaviyo for follow-ups and nurturing campaigns

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and forms
  • Qualify leads and assess client requirements
  • Provide detailed consultations and product/service explanations
  • Guide prospects through the sales funnel and close deals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in GHL
  • Follow up with leads through email campaigns and reminders
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
  • Continuously improve sales techniques based on analytics and training
