Outbound Sales Representative
We are looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Representative to generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, and prospecting. You will identify potential clients, engage them effectively, and schedule appointments.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new leads via calls, emails, and social media
- Conduct research to understand client needs and pain points
- Initiate contact and pitch products/services to potential clients
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos
- Maintain and update lead and client information in GHL
- Follow up with prospects through email and automated campaigns
- Achieve or exceed outbound sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing team for follow-ups
- Provide feedback on messaging, outreach strategies, and lead quality
- Track performance metrics and report results to senior management
