We’re looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. You will develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, manage content creation, analytics, and community engagement while collaborating with designers, marketing, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Experience:

  • 1-3 years of professional experience managing social media accounts for brands, agencies, or tech companies
  • Proven track record of growing engagement and followers on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter

Required Skills:

  • Strong copywriting and editing skills for posts, captions, and visuals
  • Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Ability to develop content calendars and social campaigns
  • Analytics and reporting using social media insights
  • Knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and audience behavior
  • Experience in community management and audience engagement

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with graphic/video content collaboration
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles for social media content
  • Ability to collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members

Soft Skills:

  • Creativity, storytelling, and an eye for design
  • Strong communication and collaboration

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies 
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitors to optimize content strategy
  • Create monthly content calendars for different projects
  • Manage scheduling and posting engaging organic content, including visuals, copy, and videos
  • Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely manner
  • Track performance metrics and provide reports on growth, engagement, and audience insights
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing specialists for content creation
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and social media best practices
