- Previous experience in account management, client success, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal — with a professional and friendly tone
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- A proactive mindset: you don’t wait for problems to escalate, you catch them early
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative and technical teams
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in client outcomes
